Lesbian, bisexual, and queer (LBQ) women in Uganda are not considered a "key population" in our national health programming.
Since 2003 FARUG has lobbied for rights of women, worked to free them from violence and worked to empower LBQ persons in Uganda.
FARUG has advocated for the respect, protection and fulfillment of their rights.
I am a beneficiary of ARASA TOT 2016. This programme has not only equipped me with knowledge and skills but has also contributed to my leader ship roles and responsibilities regarding best practices like exemplary operating, time management, confidence and self esteem.
